- 1 tbs. "fish sauce" (in the bottle)
- 1 tbs. sugar
- 1/2 tbs. lemon juice (with or without pulp)
- 3 tbs. water

- Mix all together and enjoy! If you'd like,
- you can add one small sliced clove of garlic
- and a "pinch" of hot red pepper (w/seeds) in order
- to add some "spice" to the recipe.
